PP’s exclusive partnership with InForm has been thriving for over 10 years. Specialising in new bespoke homes within metropolitan Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, InForm are more than builders. They provide project management, estimating, construction detailing, permit acquisition and contract documentation, as well as construction.

PP designs the projects and executes them in close collaboration with InForm clients and the entire InForm team. Scott James is a highly experienced, award-winning builder, based in Albury NSW. He shares our passion for architecture and a collaborative client focussed approach.

PP offers architecture and interior design in a Design and Construct partnership for select SJB clients, which offers us the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the region. Projects are typically on picturesque rural sites, which is inspiring work and an interesting contrast to our urban projects.

PreBuilt are Australia’s leading prefabrication construction company. As PreBuilt’s exclusive residential architects, PP designs projects ranging from small pre-designed holiday modules, for typical bush and beach sites, to large bespoke suburban homes comprising multiple modules individually delivered and connected on site.

PreBuilt also build commercial projects including schools, retail, and hospitality venues, with a golf club hotel and resort complex also on the drawing board.

All the modules are constructed in PreBuilt’s factory in Kilsyth, Melbourne, and trucked to sites all over Australia. Prefabrication offers our clients efficiency, value, affordability and sustainability.
