Set into a sloping site enjoying distant views, the ground floor accommodates the master bedroom and living areas, while the childrens’ bedrooms and rumpus are on the upper level. From the street, a cantilevered carport and entry canopy leads to a double height entry hall.
Predominately white painted weatherboards and brick, the design is characterised by a raked timber first floor ceiling, exposed to the ground floor via a series of voids. A double height chimney stack anchors the building and provides the only support to the rear corner of the first floor and roof that cantilevers out over the terrace and pool.
