This home was built by Sibbel Builders in 1968. The philosophy of the initial restoration was to tread lightly, understand the original building and retain the original fabric without stamping any notable Pleysier Perkins style. All surfaces were carefully repaired and new joinery was repurposed from existing damaged joinery.
After 4 years, the growing family needed more space both inside and out. The addition occupies just 9m/2 on the ground floor with a new sleeping wing hovering above the garden and swimming pool. This results in a greater floor area but also a larger garden!
